In general, courses meet ten times during an eleven-week term, with one week off at the discretion of the instructor, and individual classes last one hour. Longer-format courses meet twice a week for forty-five minutes each. Our courses are offered online via Google Classroom.


Courses are limited in size to eight participants. Some courses, labeled Clericis, are reserved for Catholic seminarians, priests, and religious (both male and female). Other courses, labeled Omnibus, are open to all who respect the Catholic character of the Veterum Sapientia Institute.

Price and Refunds

In general, courses cost $200, unless they meet more frequently than normal, in which case they cost $300. Students can withdraw from the course before the third class and receive a full refund. After the third week, there are no refunds. There are no refunds for individual missed classes.
